PREAMBLE
We, the governors, the people, herald this good news for all of the earth. In these uncertain times, we recognize that the remedy lies not with the privileged few, but with those whose hands have built civilization—the common people who have labored under the weight of unjust systems.
The Earth and the well-being of its inhabitants shall be restored through the renewal of our outdated social compact. Eavangaea is hereby established as a society that lifts the burden from the shoulders of its people and places true governance into their collective hands.
We affirm these fundamental truths:
That the world belongs to all who dwell within it, not to a select minority;
That the Entrociters exist to restore humanity’s rightful stewardship over Earth, guiding all to respect the natural world, honor their neighbors, and ground decisions in material reality rather than speculation;
That leadership must flow from the people, with those in positions of service bound to obey the collective wisdom of the Governors;
That humanity deserves liberation from unnecessary suffering—where no loved ones perish through preventable circumstances, where none are marginalized for their intellect, and where peace flourishes throughout our planetary home;
That in creating Eavangaea, we prepare Earth as a worthy dwelling place, in harmony with the cosmos and aligned with divine principles of stewardship and care.
Through this covenant, we inaugurate a new chapter in human history—Eavangaea, where direct democracy, environmental harmony, and human dignity form the foundation of our shared future.
We now establish this constitution as our guiding framework, binding upon all who seek the prosperity and well-being of Earth and its inhabitants.

- All citizens are Governors with equal rights to propose, create, and vote on projects and laws in a direct democratic system.
- Governors collectively hold the ultimate authority in Eavangaea.
The Entrociters
- Thirteen Entrociters serve as facilitators and managers rather than rulers.
- Their role is to educate, guide, and support the Governors, but they possess no direct legislative power.
- Entrociters may offer resources and benefits to support worthy projects and laws.
- The Thirteenth Entrociter is a supercomputer that provides knowledge and analysis to both Entrociters and Governors.
Resource Management
- Citizens may temporarily leave Eavangaea solely for gathering necessary resources, medicines, and rare materials.
- All gathered resources must be returned to Eavangaea for the collective benefit.

- All Governors shall receive education about ecological systems and humanity’s dependence on them.
- Traditional ecological knowledge shall be preserved and taught alongside scientific understanding.
III. PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION
Transparent Governance
- All deliberations, decisions, and resource allocations by Entrociters must be fully documented and accessible to all Governors.
