## X. THE AGRESTIC COVENANT {#agrestic}
### Definition and Recognition
1. **Agrestic Status**:
- The Agrestic Eavangaeans are those who choose to live outside the direct governance of the Entrociters while maintaining a peaceful relationship with Eavangaea.
- This status shall be formally recognized by the Thirteenth Entrociter in its records.
2. **Territorial Rights**:
- Agrestic Eavangaeans may establish settlements on unclaimed territories beyond Eavangaea's immediate boundaries.

## XI. THE GUILD SYSTEM {#guilds}
